This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, damaged items, defective items, incorrect orders, and non-returnable items are handled for purchases made through renewalshop.online.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or unless otherwise required by law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Renewal or unless required by law.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Renewal is not responsible for returned items that are lost, stolen, delayed, damaged in transit, or sent to the wrong address.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund after it is issued.

If an item is marked final sale, custom, personalized, made-to-order, or non-returnable on the product page, at checkout, or in the product description, it may not be eligible for return or refund unless required by law.
9. Made-to-Order and Print-on-Demand Products
Some Renewal products may be made after an order is placed. These may include apparel, accessories, custom designs, limited-run products, or print-on-demand items.
Because these items are produced specifically for each customer, orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange once production has started unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or unless required by law.
Please review product details, sizing, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
10. Size Issues
Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts, product descriptions, and fit information before purchasing.
If an eligible item does not fit, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item meets all return eligibility requirements.
Items that are custom, personalized, made-to-order, print-on-demand, final sale, worn, washed, used, damaged, or returned outside the return window may not be eligible for return or exchange because of sizing issues unless required by law.
11. Cancellations and Order Changes

We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been processed, sent to production, fulfilled, or shipped.
If your order has already shipped, you may need to follow the return process described in this policy.
If we are unable to fulfill your order or if we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion of the order.
12. Shipping Delays and Unshipped Orders
We make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframe stated on our website, product pages, checkout, order confirmation, or Shipping Policy.
If we cannot ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide available options, which may include approving the delay or canceling the unshipped portion of your order for a refund, as required by applicable law.

13. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building office, mailroom, local post office, or shipping carrier.
Renewal is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing after the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, unless required by law.

14. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
Renewal is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed package, we may offer to reship the order at the customer’s expense, subject to product availability.
Shipping costs for returned, refused, or undeliverable packages may be non-refundable unless required by law.
15. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us by the carrier, the customer may be responsible for original shipping costs, return shipping costs, reshipping costs, and any related carrier fees.
Refunds for refused or unclaimed packages may be reduced by shipping costs or fees already incurred, unless otherwise required by law.
16. International Orders
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and any other charges required by their country.
International shipping fees, customs fees, import duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless required by law.

Gift cards and store credit are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
Refunds for orders purchased with gift cards or store credit may be returned to the original gift card or issued as store credit, unless required by law.

19. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may delay resolution.

Renewal reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, exchanges, or future service if we suspect fraud, return abuse, policy misuse, excessive returns, false claims, altered items, worn items being returned as new, chargeback abuse, or other dishonest activity.
We may also limit or refuse orders from customers who violate our policies or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior.
