Thank you for shopping with Renewal. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, delivered, and handled if there are delays, address issues, lost packages, or damaged items. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-4 days after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, shipping transit time, or any carrier delays.
During high-volume periods, product launches, holidays, sales, or unexpected supply delays, processing times may be longer. If we experience a significant delay in processing or shipping your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated shipping times are displayed at checkout when available. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.
Estimated delivery time begins after your order has been processed and handed to the shipping carrier. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected, carrier service levels, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect address information, and other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or unless we made an error with your order.
If we offer free shipping, the free shipping option will be displayed at checkout when your order qualifies.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Delays
We make every reasonable effort to ship orders within the timeframe stated at checkout or in this policy. If we cannot ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide an updated shipping estimate when available.
If your order is delayed beyond the promised shipping timeframe, you may have the option to approve the delay or cancel the unshipped portion of your order for a refund, as required by applicable law.
If no specific shipping timeframe is provided, we will ship your order within 30 days of your completed order unless we notify you of a delay and receive your consent to continue with the order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempt, or an unclaimed package, we may offer to reship the order at the customer’s expense, subject to product availability.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [Customer Service Email]. We cannot guarantee that we can update the address before the order is processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building office, mailroom, local post office, or carrier.
Please contact us within 7 of the marked delivery date if your package is missing. We will review the issue and may assist with filing a carrier claim when possible.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or delayed after the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at officialrenewal.shop@gmail.com within 7 of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the claim and determine whether a replacement, refund, or other resolution is appropriate.
Damage claims submitted without photos or after the stated timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund unless required by law.
Made-to-Order, Custom, or Print-on-Demand Products
Some products may be made to order, customized, or produced after purchase. These items may require additional processing time before shipment.
Because made-to-order and custom items are produced specifically for each customer, cancellations, changes, returns, or exchanges may be limited once production has started, unless the item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or as otherwise required by law.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to select locations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, import processing, local postal services, or international carrier issues.
If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect address information, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any related fees.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at officialrenewal.shop@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed, sent to production, or shipped.
If your order has already shipped, you may need to follow our Return Policy, if applicable.
Preorders and Backordered Items
If an item is listed as a preorder or backorder, the estimated shipping timeframe will be provided on the product page or at checkout when available. Preorder and backorder dates are estimates and may change due to production, supplier, or carrier delays.
If a preorder or backordered item is significantly delayed, we will notify you and provide available options, which may include waiting for the item or canceling the unshipped item for a refund, as required by applicable law.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, refused, unclaimed, or due to an incorrect address, we will contact you if possible. Reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.
If we do not receive a response within 7 days, we may cancel the order and issue a refund for the product cost, less any shipping charges, handling fees, or costs already incurred, unless otherwise required by law.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order is accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are controlled by the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, service interruptions, or events outside our control.
However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with shipping issues when possible.
